U.S. International Media (USIM), the fastest growing independent media management agency, announced today that Liz Kelly has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Broadcast Media Director. Kelly will oversee broadcast buying for the company’s 22 offices.

Kelly’s experience is extensive. Prior to USIM, she was VP, Media at Media Design Group. Previously, Kelly worked at Zenith Media, KSL Media, Chiat Day, and Foote, Cone & Belding. Her vast client experience includes Alberstons, Apple, ARCO, Bacardi, City National Bank, Farmers Insurance, Friendly’s, Frontier Communications, Guitar Center, Mazda, PetSmart, Pizza Hut, Porsche, Sizzler, Sparkletts, Toshiba, Uggs and Verizon.
