Usermind Expands Executive Team Following $14.5M in Funding
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) May 04, 2016 -- Usermind, builder of an orchestration platform for business operations (BizOps) teams, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Forrest Hobbs as Chief Revenue Officer, Loreen Milbrath as Chief Financial Officer and Zohar Gillai as Vice President of Customer Success. These leadership additions bring deep business experience to Usermind as the company continues to position itself for accelerated growth in 2016.
“An experienced team of executives is key to building a meaningful, enduring software company. We’re adding executive leadership in customer success, finance, and go-to-market,” said Michel Feaster, CEO and Co-Founder of Usermind. “Hobbs and Gillai will make sure we stay laser-focused on the customer as we capitalize on this enormous market opportunity, and Milbrath brings deep operational experience in balancing growth and governance. They are the ideal candidates to help Usermind as we prepare for our next chapter of growth.”
Forrest Hobbs joins the Usermind team as Chief Revenue Officer after a long tenure as Senior VP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at TeleSign, where he built the sales organization from the ground up and achieved over a $100 million run rate. Prior to TeleSign, Hobbs was one of the first employees at Frontbridge, growing the business to its eventual acquisition by Microsoft in 2005, where he went on to lead various worldwide sales and partnership programs, including Microsoft Office 365, and led transition of the Microsoft sales and partner model from packaged software to cloud services. Hobbs will scale the Usermind product to the enterprise and other verticals.
Loreen Milbrath has repeated success building financial, legal and physical infrastructure for rapid growth to Usermind. As CFO of Swype, she directed finance, human resources, facilities and corporate governance, from day one through shipping 100 million software units and the sale of the company to Nuance Communications. Previously, Milbrath co-founded Melodeo and served as VP of Finance at Tegic Communications, where she built the finance organization and led an acquisition by AOL.
Zohar Gillai joins the team at Usermind as Vice President of Customer Success after nearly two decades of experience leading services and support teams at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP) and Tropos Networks. Most recently, she was VP of Global Services and Support at ForeScout Technologies, where she held executive responsibility for maintaining customer satisfaction with Fortune 500 companies and drove the creation of multiple programs and organizations to bring ForeScout to a cash-flow positive position. As Usermind scales, she is responsible for all aspects of customer success, including onboarding, training, implementation and support.
