Military Veteran To Receive Air Conditioning At No Cost
Princeton, NJ (PRWEB) May 05, 2016 -- Retired military veteran to receive free air conditioning system on behalf of Princeton Air and the Princeton Corridor Rotary Club. Thomas and Lucy Quinn, of Monroe Township, are still utilizing the mechanical systems original to their forty year old home. The air conditioning system will receive a much-needed upgrade, as it has not been operating for several years.
“I was speaking to Rotary Club President Elect Bob Landman about the Summer weather outlook and then he shared that his neighbors (Thomas and Lucy Quinn) would be heading into the heat and humidity with no relief.” I couldn’t imagine facing another Summer without a comfortable home and felt we had to do something for the Quinn family,” stated Scott Needham, President of Princeton Air.
When the team at Princeton Air heard about the project, everyone was excited to be a part of it, especially Dave Wessels. Dave is a senior installation technician at the company and also a First Sergeant of the 465th Transportation Company in the Army Reserve. Dave and his installation team are fully aware that his project includes a “Vet helping a Vet.”
Lennox (http://www.lennox.com), the system manufacturer, has agreed to provide the equipment free of charge and Princeton Air will be donating their labor. The installation is scheduled for May 5th and 6th, 2016 to ensure the Quinn family has a complete and fully functional system before the warm and humid weather arrives. The Quinn’s have expressed their appreciation as the cost to replace the system was beyond their reach on a limited monthly budget. Thomas and Lucy are looking forward to getting relief from those hot summer days and enjoying the comfort of their own home.
