Teakwood Capital Hires Managing Director of Corporate Development
DALLAS, Texas (PRWEB) May 04, 2016 -- Teakwood Capital, a Dallas, Texas private equity firm, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Hustis as Managing Director of Corporate Development. In this role, Hustis will be responsible for Teakwood’s corporate development, legal and compliance functions.

Hustis’ extensive legal and executive career extends across national and global technology businesses including a diverse range of enterprises – from start-ups seeking seed capital to multi-national Fortune 500 enterprises such as Texas Instruments and Oracle Corporation.
Prior to joining Teakwood, Hustis served as law partner in the Dallas office of the national firm of Culhane Meadows PLLC, as well as at the Texas law firm of Phillips & Reiter PLLC. He also served as general counsel at GENBAND and spent more than a decade at MetaSolv Software, Inc.
Hustis holds an undergraduate degree in liberal arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland, and a law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is a member of the Vickery Meadow Youth Development Foundation’s board of directors and is active in various local organizations relating to law, technology and business.
