This conference once again shows how critical education and sharing is to the success of card use and expansion in Europe.

Now in its fourth year, the NAPCP European Commercial Card and Payment Conference has become an important event for Commercial Card and Payment industry professionals in Europe and beyond. This event, which is supported by Lead Sponsor Visa and Conference Sponsors Barclaycard and HSBC, is complimentary for NAPCP end-user members. Others may attend for a small fee.

The 2016 conference, on 23 June at Regents Conferences and Events, Regents University, London, is focused on end-user success in the corporate and public sectors. The majority of sessions are presented by end-users: programme managers, administrators and representatives from procurement and payments. The event will showcase organisations with highly effective B2B payment strategies that leverage a broad range of Commercial Card and Payment solutions. Practitioners will share their secrets to successful payments navigation. Attendees will learn how these organisations have leveraged little- to no-cost solutions to streamline the payments process, gain increased visibility and control over spend and optimise working capital. In addition to education sessions, attendees will benefit from one-on-one and small-group discussions through various networking opportunities.

This year’s speakers include:

  •     Clare Colman, Head of Financial Services, Business Support Centre, Leeds City Council
  •     Ashish Gupta, Finance Director, Reckitt Benckiser Limited
  •     Caroline Knibb, B2B Operational Lead, BP PLC
  •     Jessica Long, P2P Specialist, BP PLC
  •     Richard Palmer, Ph.D., CPA, President, RPMG Research Corporation & Professor and Copper Dome Faculty Research Fellow, Southeast Missouri State University

The conference is geared towards individuals who—either directly or indirectly—have a major influence over their organisations’ payment strategies and decision-making processes. Those who will benefit from the planned agenda include CFO-level, Treasury, Accounting, Procurement and Accounts Payable professionals.

At the conclusion of last year’s conference 100% of the attendees surveyed said they would attend this event again. One attendee remarked: “Overall the event was excellent. This conference once again shows how critical education and sharing is to the success of card use and expansion in Europe.”

Regular registration for this important event is now underway. Rates will increase on 25 May, so register today to reserve your place.
