A graduate of Stanford University, Lansing holds his Master’s Degree in Administration of Criminal Justice, and served 39 years in the FBI, supervising counterintelligence and counterespionage investigations and directing major national security prosecutions.

During his extensive FBI career, Lansing served as a Special Agent and a Supervisory Special Agent in the National Security Division where he conducted and supervised several thousand FBI counterintelligence and counterespionage investigations. He was then promoted to Los Angeles FBI Branch Chief where he directed all counterintelligence investigations, operations, and prosecutions. He also directed economic espionage and technology transfer investigations and prosecutions and supervised over 200 FBI Special Agents and professional personnel.

Mr. Woo was twice elected by his fellow Special Agents as National Chairman of the FBI Director’s Special Agent’s Advisory Committee representing 10,000 Special Agents and was also the recipient of the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the nation’s highest award for intelligence service excellence. Lansing continues to hold active U.S. Government Secret, Top Secret, and SCI clearances and most recently, was a contract National Security Consultant to the FBI.
