Pioneer Technology Group Expands as Landmark Comes to Clay County
Sanford, FL (PRWEB) May 09, 2016 -- Earlier this year, Clay County began exploring their options for a recording system, in the hopes that they could improve their workflow and provide more for their customers. The move to Landmark will do just that by providing Clay County citizens with efficient and responsive tools, like online access to marriage license kiosks that reduce the wait time in applying for a marriage license. Using Landmark, the Court now has the ability to scan all recordable documents immediately upon receipt. As soon as a new document is recorded in Landmark, it becomes available on a public website in real time.
Clay County is the 15th customer in Florida to sign on for Landmark, and the 14th to go live. Pioneer is no stranger to Florida; 38 customers in the state have received gains in efficiency from at least one of Pioneer’s products. In addition to Landmark, Pioneer Technology Group fields a suite of software solutions in the fields of court case management, tourist and bed tax collection, property deed sales, and jury management.
President of Pioneer, Steve Rumsey, had this to say: “We pride ourselves in the partnerships we build with our customers, and the relationship we are building between Pioneer and the Clay team is no exception. We are happy to have Clay County join the family, and anticipate continued shared success.”
Debbie Thacker, Director of the Recording Department in Clay County said: “We are excited to utilize the innovative system provided by Pioneer but, more importantly, we are excited about the opportunity to work with a company that takes care of its customers first and foremost, as proven by the installation of Landmark, before, during and after.”
Pioneer Technology Group believes this to be the beginning of a long and successful partnership, and anticipates even greater developments in years to come. We are happy to welcome Clay County, Florida to the Pioneer Family!
