Kissimmee, FL (PRWEB) May 09, 2016 -- Magic Place and Magic Reserve Community Development District Bond Financing Activities Planned to Occur During the 2016 Calendar Year
The Magic Place and Magic Reserve Community Development Districts (collectively, the “Districts”) have been established by Osceola County, Florida to provide public infrastructure and related services to the mixed-use developments planned to be included within the Districts. The lands within the Districts are being developed by Magic Development, Inc., an Orlando, Florida-based corporation having completed more than $2 billion of successful resort and mixed-use projects.
The area to be served by the Magic Place Community Development District is generally located to the south of W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy., to the east of Celebration, and to the west of N. Poinciana Blvd. in Osceola County, Florida and comprises approximately 87 contiguous acres. The Magic Place District will seek to issue an estimated $15-$20 million in special assessment revenue bonds during the 2016 calendar year to fund public infrastructure improvements providing a benefit to the District’s property owners.
The Magic Reserve Community Development District is comprised of approximately 40 contiguous acres and is generally located to the north of W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy., to the east of Sherberth Road, and to the south of Walt Disney World in Osceola County, Florida. The Magic Reserve District will seek to issue an estimated $10-$15 million in special assessment revenue bonds during the 2016 calendar year to fund public infrastructure improvements providing a benefit to the District’s property owners.
