Flash Global, a leading provider of holistic service supply chain solutions, today announced its new Global Service Center in California’s Silicon Valley being fully operational and offering expanded services.

The new 150,000 square-foot facility, located in Union City, is comprised of a state-of-the-art distribution center, modern office space, with a customer-centric view in mind.

The new Union City facility affords Flash the space needed to expand its comprehensive supply chain solutions suite to include warehousing, configure-to-order, screening, testing and repair of hi-tech parts, forward and reverse logistics. Flash also offers a flexible array of warranty service options for delivery of parts and field tech (break/fix) services to customers in that region, including 2-4 hour and next business day deliveries.

The Union City facility is Flash’s third Global Service Center; the others are in Columbus, Ohio, and Amsterdam. The Global Service Centers, along with 17 Distribution Centers and more than 750 Forward Stocking Locations, enable Flash customers to keep their end customers’ products in country and in service longer—which can lead to significant cost savings and acceleration of revenue.
