MEA Introduces eConfirm Mobile Compliance Solution
Bloomington, MN (PRWEB) May 12, 2016 -- eConfirm is MEA’s cloud based access portal for field confirmation of employee skills and certifications. Employees are assigned a QR code which, when read by a smartphone or similar mobile device with a camera, shows the employee’s current training or operator qualification (OQ) records (or any records as assigned). Instantly confirm that the right person with the right skills is safely performing the required task!
eConfirm is part of MEA’s OQ Connect - the integrated solution.
“We are no longer in the reporting business, we are back in the gas operations business,” says John Goetz, director of operator qualification & compliance for MEADE. “When our records change we do not need to change out paperwork in the field or give our employees new cards. Scanning the QR code provides the crew lead with the latest report on that employee’s qualifications. I just have to complement MEA’s people too. The customer service is the best I have ever received and that is important.”
The qualification records are easily managed by individual company administrators. MEA’s eConfirm Mobile Compliance Solution allows field confirmation of training and qualification records of personnel, an imperative for both operators and contractors. eConfirm seamlessly integrates with MEA’s EnergyU eLearning and OQ recordkeeping solutions.
