Compensation Consulting Practice Added by The Overture Group
Lisle, IL (PRWEB) May 11, 2016 -- A practice focused on executive and professional compensation has been added to executive and professional recruitment services provided by The Overture Group. In addition, Mark Reilly joins The Overture Group as Managing Director to lead the compensation consulting group.
Reilly brings deep expertise in compensation, including short-term and long-term incentive plan design, expert testimony, and performance measurement, to a wide range of companies from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Most recently, he was Principal and Head of the Executive Compensation Practice with Verisight/Newport Group. Previously he was a founding partner with Chicago-based 3C Consulting. He also managed his own venture capital fund, MKR Investments LLC., and held executive compensation consulting positions with Sibson & Co, the Hay Group, and Frederic Cook & Co.
