Jitasa, certified B-Corp serving nonprofits, expands by acquiring two software companies

Today, Jitasa [Boise, Idaho], a company specializing in accounting services for nonprofits, announced the integration of companies K12 Enterprise, and AVF Consulting into their growing business.

AVF Consulting is focused entirely on the nonprofit sector, and commits itself to bringing state of the art technology to the nonprofit community. They have been deploying accounting and business management solutions to hundreds of clients for the last 25 years. CEO Andrew Fass believes the merger of companies will improve the sector. He stated, “We believe that our focus in bringing exceptional technology to the non-for-profit sector fits perfectly with Jitasa’s large footprint in providing bookkeeping and accounting services to the same sector. K12 Enterprise is dedicated to advancing public school districts with financial and HR solutions designed to streamline operations and enhance efficiencies. K12 CEO Jeremy Fass spoke about the merger stating,“The Jitasa team has extensive expertise in the delivery of professional services and we have extensive expertise in the development, deployment and support of technology products. Together we will be able to accelerate the growth of our businesses so that we can offer even better products and services to our clients.” Both companies adhere to a philosophy of doing business that aligns perfectly to the Jitasa mission of serving others.
