Fluidtrol Appoints Director of Business Development
Huntsville, Alabama (PRWEB) May 12, 2016 -- Fluidtrol Process Technologies, Inc., an ISO 9001–certified manufacturer of high-quality, corrosion-resistant thermoplastic and thermoset basket strainers for aquatic and industrial installations, has appointed aquatics-industry veteran Michael Furrer its Director of Business Development.
Michael brings with him nearly 25 years of experience in the aquatics industry, having begun his career in 1992 as an estimator involved in technical sales at Natare Corporation, a manufacturer and designer of specialty commercial stainless steel products and systems, where he was appointed specifically to develop business in the Western United States. He then worked for Recreonics, Inc. as the institutional and commercial pool equipment and systems distributor’s Commercial Project Division Manager before accepting a position in 2001 as the Senior Project Manager at Shasta Industries’ Commercial & Olympic Division, a very highly respected construction firm that specializes in high-end and large-scale pool installations. Michael has a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and has also worked extensively as a draftsman, applications engineer, designer, and consultant, along with having previous experience in the concrete industry.
