Yoga studios and gyms looking to participate in a larger capacity are encouraged to sign up on the site as well, and can indicate their interest on the contact form.
Sponsored by the Freed-Om Project, Duskin & Stephens Foundation, Yoga for Men and the NAFC, the focus of the event is to heighten the awareness of yoga as a healing component for PTSD, TBI and other conditions, as well as raise money to provide free yoga teacher training to veterans and to also give free yoga to veterans at home. Those interested in making donations can do so on the event’s website.
