Portland, Oregon (PRWEB) May 13, 2016 -- PacificEast announced today that IDICIA, its real-time information services division, has launched a telecom sector services product line and will begin providing carrier hosting data services to VoIP telephone service providers, landline carriers and mobile network operators. The new service offering, which IDICIA is calling Carrier Data Hosting, is intended to provide telecom service providers a new, flexible choice for hosting and serving their internal, operational data sets such as CNAM and LIDB. Telecom service providers will be able to leverage the IDICIA service to reduce their cost and complexity of managing these internal data sets while increasing the revenue they can obtain from them.
In the announcement, Garth Froese, PacificEast’s CEO stated, “We have a positive reputation in the telecom market and we believe telecom service providers are looking for outsourcing partners that focus on strong ethics, excellent customer service, technical agility and thought leadership.” PacificEast’s COO, Scott Rice, also stated that IDICIA is leveraging the security and privacy experience it developed providing information services into the highly regulated and privacy-centered healthcare sector to design a platform that provides a faster and higher share revenue stream for carrier/operators. Mr. Rice continued, “For several year’s we’ve been working with tier one MNOs and carriers to provide consumer information verification services into the healthcare, financial service and non-profit markets, but we hadn’t been focusing on providing services back into the telecom sector. With our expertise in verification and the ability to work with all the telecommunication service providers we are now in a position to assist them in the management and monetization of their CNAM, LIDB and verification datasets.” In today's annoucement PacificEast stated that the Carrier Data Hosting solution is now available for telecommunication service providers to start testing immediately.
