The band’s music has that punk vibe that gets your head nodding, as well as the busy-ness of Klezmer that gets your feet moving. They have a knack for pleasing crowds….”

The Osher Marin JCC’s second of 5 Summer Saturday Night outdoor concerts presents Diego’s Umbrella on July 16, 2016, at the Osher Marin JCC with a celebration of cultural multiplicity that is the San Francisco Bay Area. Labeled as “gypsy-punk,” “ska-infused grove,” “electo-pop,” and “anthemic Brit-pop” nouveau hipsters, with influences encompassing reggae, flamenco, techno, mariachi, and lounge-jazz, as well as a “frenzied Eastern European-influenced flamenco guitar and fiddle,” Diego’s Umbrella is hard to define as a specific genre. What is easy to say is they are high energy, talented and super fun.
Diego’s Umbrella returns by popular demand. Come out for the fun and find out what all the talk is about!
Youth in Arts’ sensational teen a capella group ‘Til Dawn opens the concert.
