Curd, Galindo & Smith, LLP Announces That Orange County Superior Court Rules TS Cosmetic Labs, Inc. May Sell Its Nail Care Products To Any Customer.
Santa Ana, California (PRWEB) May 18, 2016 -- Court documents in the case entitled Cali Chem v. T.S. Cosmetic Labs OCSC Case No.: 30-2016-845329 provide that Cali Chem, a Garden Grove based company sued T.S. Cosmetic Labs and requested a court order restraining T.S. Cosmetic Labs from selling its nail care products. The court record shows that the Orange County Superior initially granted Cali Chem a temporary restraining order against T.S. Cosmetic Labs on April 18, 2016. The temporary restraining order has now been set aside and now T.S. Cosmetic Labs can sell their nail products to any customers.
Lawyers for T.S. Cosmetic Labs, Joseph Curd and Albert Israel successfully opposed the restraining order application. The court file states that a hearing was held before the court on May 5, 2016 and the court held the following:
1. T.S. Cosmetic Labs Can Sell All of It's Nail Care Products.
2. T.S. Cosmetic Labs Can Sell to All Customers in the Nail Industry.
3. Temporary Restraining Order Against TS Cosmetic Lab Is Terminated.
4. Tung Doan Can Use All of His Current Formulas
5. Cali Chem’s Customers Are Free to Contact Tung Doan
6. Cali Chem’s Customers Are Free to Buy Nail Care Products from T.S.Cosmetic Labs
7. Cali Chem was ordered to post $50,000 bond.
Tung Doan, President of TS Cosmetic Labs assures its customers that TS Cosmetic Labs uses new and improved formulas, not those sold to Cali Chem back in 2009. TS Cosmetic Labs will soon be selling products in Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Organic Honey and Fertilizer.
