Vollrath Company to Debut New Serving Equipment Solutions at 2016 National Restaurant Association Show
Sheboygan, WI (PRWEB) May 19, 2016 -- Vollrath Company, a leading manufacturer of equipment and smallwares for the foodservice industry, will feature its newest mobile serving accessories and contemporary serving line to thousands of visitors at the National Restaurant Association® (NRA) Show, held from May 21-24 in Chicago, Illinois at McCormick Place.
The serving line, which features popular Vollrath products including a 3-well hot cold and two drop-in induction warmers, was designed by Vollrath’s in-house design team at its manufacturing facility in Canandaigua, New York. The unit combines traditional Vollrath equipment construction with natural walnut wood décor and a solid surface countertop to draw on the trend of contrasting colors, while having a natural look and feel. The countertop demonstrates an integration of the countertop and base as one unit by incorporating a large waterfall edge and an inset wood tray slide panel. The open end of the unit gives the operator flexibility to create a plate storage area, merchandising shelves, or both. The serving line exhibit will include a life size “custom configurator” that demonstrates the six easy steps to designing a truly custom serving line.
Also featured at the NRA show this year are Vollrath’s newest graphic options for the popular Signature Server® mobile food station. A staple of functionality and modular ease, the Signature Server now comes with four new standard graphic options – Food Images, Checkerboard, Playful Bubbles, and Food Words – or can be custom designed by incorporating colors, pictures, logos and more. The adhesive backed graphics are printed on high performance vinyl and applied directly to the cabinet body with stainless steel trim applied over the top to protect the edges.
The Signature Server display, featuring the Playful Bubbles graphic in the NRA Show booth, will additionally feature the new removable 14 Gauge Tray Slide. The 88” long, single piece constructed tray slide with fold-down brackets features 14 gauge thick stainless steel that is reinforced inside the base and on the side panels for extra durability and stability. It can fit on all standard Signature Server base lengths.
The National Restaurant Association Show will take place from May 21-24, 2016 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.
