CPS Receives Foodservice Equipment & Supplies’ 2016 Top Achiever Award
Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) May 19, 2016 -- Commercial Parts and Service (CPS), a Cincinnati, Ohio based business that provides parts and service to commercial kitchen owners and operators, will be the recipient of the 2016 Top Achiever Award in the Service Agent category. This prestigious award is presented each year by Foodservice Equipment and Supplies (FE&S), a media and educational resource for food service industry professionals. FE&S recognizes Top Achievers in the categories of Dealer, Consultant, Service Agent, and Manufacturer’s Rep.
Brothers Steve Sliter and Jeff Sliter, who hold the positions of President and Vice President at CPS, respectively, are co-winners of this year’s Top Achiever Service Agent Award. According to the FE& S website, “Top Achievers are award-worthy personalities in various segments of the foodservice equipment and supplies channel with a single common trait: an unflinching ability to provide value on the customer’s terms.” The site also states that recipients of this award must possess traits such as thoughtfulness, hardworking, and dedicated, all while promoting solid supply chain relationships.
When asked to comment on the recognition, the brothers were humbled, stating “Being named recipient of the Top Service Agent for 2016 is quite an honor. It’s always great to be recognized by your peers, but we see the award really as recognition of our technicians and employees that work hard to do the right thing on a daily basis. This award will be received on their behalf.”
This isn’t the first year for CPS to take home the Top Achiever Award in the Service Agent category. CPS employee Dan Farmer also won in the Service Agent category in 2011. The company says that the awards it has received are simply the result of their commitment to the customer and always striving to provide better service than the competition.
Steve and Jeff will accept their award during the FE&S’ 2016 Dealer of the Year and Industry Awards Gala that takes place during the annual National Restaurant Association’s trade show in Chicago. The Awards Gala will be held on Saturday, May 21 at the Four Seasons Hotel.
