Peco InspX will be featuring their latest top-down and glass x-ray inspection systems, the ScanTrac Allegro and the ScanTrac Trio.

The ScanTrac Allegro is a 450 mm wide top down system with a 254 mm aperture opening, which allows the Allegro to accommodate an extremely wide set of packages. The Allegro also offers a long option list to allow it to handle any inspection application including: beryllium window x-ray tubes, sanitary design as well as high speed conveyors that can run up to 400 feet per minute. Peco InspX also confidently includes the most advanced set of inspection applications software available on any automated x-ray inspection machine.

The ScanTrac Trio remains one of the top performing high speed glass inspection x-ray systems on the market – it can support conveyor speeds in excess of 500 feet per minute. Recent improvements in the Trio in terms of detection hardware and software give the system superior detection capability with a very low false reject rate. Furthermore, the Trio’s intelligent design allows it to offer super performance in a system that has an extremely low cost of ownership.
