Dessert Professional Magazine, the nation's leading food service publication for the chocolate, pastry, cake, artisan bread and frozen desserts industries, is proud to announce their 2016 Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America.

Editors Tish Boyle and Matthew Stevens selected the honorees. The 2016 winners will be featured in the August/September issue of Dessert Professional Magazine. "With more and more remarkable talent filling the ranks of dessert professionals, being recognized as one of best has gained a new level of prestige," notes Editor Tish Boyle.

The 23rd annual Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America industry and media event will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016 at The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City. The event will feature a walk-around tasting of desserts from some of the most talented chefs in America. The event is presented by Guittard Chocolate, KitchenAid, Beurremont, Prova Gourmet, agrimontana, and Pastry 1. The Great Purple Cupcake Project is the benefiting charity of the 2016 Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America event.
