The 23rd annual Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America industry and media event will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016 at The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City. The event will feature a walk-around tasting of desserts from some of the most talented chefs in America. The event is presented by Guittard Chocolate, KitchenAid, Beurremont, Prova Gourmet, agrimontana, and Pastry 1. The Great Purple Cupcake Project is the benefiting charity of the 2016 Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America event.
