We wanted to create a program that catered to the technical professionals in the AEC space, but focused chiefly on developing these types of leadership qualities.

RedVector, the leader in eLearning and workforce training solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), industrial and facility management industries, has launched a comprehensive professional development training program to further the careers of architects, engineers, contractors, project managers and other AEC professionals.

Professionals in the market for jobs often ask themselves, 'who can help me get to the next level?,' and progressive firms have adjusted training packages and incentives accordingly, implementing a variety of programs for professional and technical development. The AEC Success Certification Program was designed to help these forward-thinking firms recruit and retain top talent.

Comprised of 6 interactive video courses delivered by two of the most dynamic trainers in the AEC industry, Christian J. Knutson, P.E., PMP, and Anthony Fasano, P.E., the RedVector AEC Success Certification Program provides in-depth training for career advancement. Courses cover soft skills training topics such as business development, sales, decision making, time management/billable hours, communication, networking and more.

Engineers, designers, project managers and other AEC professionals who successfully complete the program will be awarded an official RedVector AEC Success certificate of completion, which can be proudly displayed in the workplace, documented on resumes and even utilized in a firm’s marketing collateral.

“Too often, a firm’s design and construction projects fail due to communication or time management issues, not technical challenges,” said Bobby Person, RedVector Product Director. “We wanted to create a program that catered to the technical professionals in the AEC space, but focused chiefly on developing these types of leadership qualities.”
