The International Retail Banker 2016 conference, the premier event of the industry, brings together retail bankers, new market entrants, financial professionals and industry disruptors in an active discussion of the key issues facing the industry. The expert panel discussion on “Exploring Retail Banking Trends in the UK” will cover topics such as the changing customer expectations, digital disruption, the changing nature of the branch, and shifting balance between established banks and new entrants.
