Taking home the top prize for Best K-12 Enterprise Solution and Best Authoring & Development Tool

This award provides direct acknowledgement of the substantial value and increased productivity we bring to our users. The fact that so many products powered by Learnosity also won their categories further reinforces this recognition.

Learnosity, a B2B, SaaS, education technology provider specializing in providing scalable assessment infrastructure, today announced that Learnosity won two SIIA Education CODiE Awards:

  • Best K-12 Enterprise Solution
  • Best Authoring & Development Solution

In addition, 11 products powered by Learnosity were finalists in 8 categories and 3 took home the top prize in their respective categories.

A SIIA CODiE Award win for software companies is an especially prestigious honor as the awards are peer reviewed - each winner is first reviewed by experts within the educational sector whose evaluations determined finalists. SIIA members then review these finalists and vote to select the CODiE Awards Winners.

Learnosity offers a suite of cloud-based APIs or “building blocks” which enable organizations from any sector to focus on building their digital learning product without worrying about the infrastructure required to build and deliver enterprise-level assessment.

“We are truly honored by this level of recognition” says Learnosity CEO, Gavin Cooney. “Our core mission is to raise the bar for education and assessment technology worldwide. Receiving such positive affirmation from the edtech community about our technology is inspiring.

“Winning the Best Authoring & Development Tool category is of particular significance to us as Learnosity is built specifically for authors and developers. This award provides direct acknowledgement of the substantial value and increased productivity we bring to our users. The fact that so many products powered by Learnosity also won their categories further reinforces this recognition.

"SIIA’s 2016 Education Technology CODiE Award winners were phenomenal this year, and showed how supportive and impactful these technologies are for students, faculty and administration.” said Karen Billings, vice president and managing director of the Education Technology Industry Network (ETIN) of SIIA. “Each honoree deserves accolades and we are pleased to add our congratulations to all of this year’s CODiE Award winners."
