The two companies penned the deal this month and will begin rolling out the service to customers this summer. Premier Tickets sister company,Fireminds Ltd.,a rapidly growing IT consulting company with specialization in software development and cloud solutions, will also be taking part in the partnership. Fireminds will assist with the integration of the Premier Tickets and Pypestream systems to allow PTIX customers to order tickets securely via the Pypestream app, chat with customer care, lookup details on existing orders and access tickets seamlessly from their smartphone.
