Hermansky, an associate in the Business Immigration & Compliance Practice, concentrates her practice on EB-5 immigrant investor visas. She has prepared and filed I-526 petitions and I-829 petitions for immigrant investors, both through individual investments and regional center investments.
Reiff, co-chair of the National Business Immigration & Compliance Practice, focuses her practice on business immigration laws and regulations affecting U.S. and foreign companies, as well as related employment compliance and legislative issues.
Rosetto, a shareholder in the Corporate & Securities Practice, focuses his practice on entrepreneurs and small to middle market public companies throughout the United States in a variety of industries, including life sciences, bio-tech, banking, real estate, environmental, manufacturers, technology, entertainment, and many others.
