Greenberg Traurig’s Ilene Katz Kobert Selected as one of the Top Women in Retail Real Estate by Real Estate Forum
MIAMI, Fla. (PRWEB) May 23, 2016 -- Ilene Katz Kobert, a Shareholder in the Miami Real Estate Practice of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been selected as one of the Top Women in Retail Real Estate by Real Estate Forum magazine.
Kobert was selected for her outstanding achievements in the retail real estate sector. Kobert will be featured in the May issue of Real Estate Forum, which was unveiled at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) ReCon convention May 22-25 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

At Greenberg Traurig, Kobert concentrates her practice in various areas of commercial real estate law, representing land owners and developers, tenants, buyers and sellers. Her work includes negotiation of ground leases, built to suit leases and space leases, throughout the country. Kobert has wide-ranging experience counseling national retailers on the acquisition and development of shopping center pads, including the negotiation of Master Covenants and REAs.
Ilene’s wide-ranging experience includes counseling clients on retail and restaurant deals, including international QSR companies, fine dining establishments and national retailers. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Kobert was in-house counsel at Burger King Corporation.
