The only job search and application company of its kind kicks off funding campaign to support forecasted rapid growth and development

Fridayd is the evolution of job search, applying advanced trends of automation and smart learning to create an accelerated and optimized job search experience.

Fridayd, LLC, a provider of the job seeker’s virtual assistant technology with the personal touch, announces its launch of a seed capital campaign on the Fundable crowdfunding platform to make the company’s services more available to the millions of job seekers who want a streamlined and stress-free job search experience.

Imagine an optimized job search in which you uncover the most highly relevant job postings, complete applications, discover networking connections for targeted companies and track results all in an at-glance dashboard – and without doing the work yourself and saving on average 40 hours per month.

Fridayd is the evolution of job search, applying advanced trends of automation and smart learning to create a job search experience that eliminates waste and inefficiencies and drastically alters the traditional do-it-yourself job search, which has remained largely unchanged and untouched by technology in the past decade.

Founded last year by CEO Carlos Paz, Fridayd, debuted as a startup in May 2015. Six months later, the company had already generated significant revenue and started to gain traction as the job seeker’s solution to the time- and labor-intensive job search process.

Through strategic partnerships with university career centers and alumni associations, including a major university with one of the largest alumni association groups in the world, and the National Résumé Writers’ Association, Fridayd has been able to grow organically and forecast a shortened timeframe to profitability.

“Job seekers have been asking for what Fridayd offers,” said Paz. “Online job search that emerged over 10 years ago improved searching for jobs, but that minimally helped the job seeker who was still left with the bulk of the work – repetitively uploading resumes, completing applications, finding networking contacts and tracking progress. Fridayd’s mission is to relieve the job seeker from this burden while giving job seekers more time to focus on preparing for interviews, networking and their personal lives.”

Fridayd plans to use the funding to execute further on its business growth strategy and increase awareness for job seekers in the expansive market it serves. It’s estimated that over 40 million already employed people are seeking new career opportunities monthly, and that group in particular doesn’t have time to commit to a thorough and effective job search because of their existing day jobs. Fridayd can take on the processes for that cohort, as well as for the millions of workers who become unemployed every month and new college graduates in the US.

“Fridayd offers a do-it-for-me solution that we saw a huge demand for in the market,” said Paz. No one else is doing that.”
