Arena Americas Supports 2016 Invictus Games in Orlando, FL
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) May 23, 2016 -- Arena Americas supported the Invictus Games, an international sporting event for wounded, ill, and injured Service men and women, both active duty and veteran. The Games took place in May 2016 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL. Over 500 military competitors from 15 nations participated in 10 sporting events.
Arena Americas supplied rental equipment for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies venue, Jaguar Land Rover Driving Experience, Track and Field, and the Aquatics venue. Equipment included clearspan structures, frame tents, flooring, doors, lighting, and HVAC. For event sponsor, Jaguar Land Rover, Arena supplied a 6m x 12m (20’ x 40’) clearspan structure, hard wall, glass wall, doors, level Biljax flooring with overdecking and premium carpet, ADA compliant ramps and handrails, lighting, and HVAC.
