Grover’s appointment further positions Verto Analytics as the global leader in cross-device audience measurement, and specifically strengthens Verto’s work with leading media and Internet companies in the U.S. and beyond, including a set of strategic partnership initiatives. Based out of Verto’s New York City office, Grover is responsible for consulting with digital media companies, brands and ad agencies about cross-device consumers and their behavior, and helping to inform their marketing, competitive intelligence, media buying, and product strategy and development decisions through the use of Verto’s data and insights. Grover will report to Verto Analytics’ Senior Vice President of Technology, Dr. Matti Aksela, Ph.D.

Grover is an experienced executive, spokesperson and thought leader in the digital audience measurement sector. She joins Verto Analytics from Symphony Advanced Media, where she served as Senior Vice President of Client Solutions, and managed cross-platform TV measurement solutions, designed and executed custom research media strategies, and managed analyst relations. Prior to that, Grover served as Vice President of Client Services at Nielsen, where she created strategic partnerships with consumer packaged goods companies and drove penetration of cutting-edge solutions, such as buyer behavior-based marketing, online and cross platform advertising campaigns optimization, and multi-touch attribution modeling.
