Mr. Dattner, the Principal and Founder of New York City-headquartered Dattner Consulting, is an executive coach and organizational development consultant renowned for his work in helping organizations achieve higher returns on their human capital investment, enhance the capabilities of their workforce, and improve overall communication and collaboration.
Mr. Dattner is also an Adjunct Professor at New York University, a frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review, author of the book “Credit and Blame at Work: How better assessment can improve individual, team and organizational performance,” and is regularly quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Businessweek, and several other leading publications. Academically, he earned his MA and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University, and his BA in Psychology from Harvard.
As a member of Jane’s Advisory Board, Mr. Dattner will provide expert guidance and strategic direction in several key areas, including: talent assessment and management, talent analytics, and organizational development.
