Dallas-Based Healthcare Startup Quickly Gains Momentum
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) May 25, 2016 -- VaultMR is proud to announce an exclusive five hospital contract with a national hospital system that will use its exclusive clinical software targeted at post-acute healthcare facilities. The company has quietly grown and begun to expand after only launching in October 2014. VaultMR is an electronic health platform for inpatient rehab medical professionals and is quickly beginning to increase its offering to cover all areas of post-acute care.
Over the course of the last 18 months, the young company has been developing a way for clinicians to efficiently and intuitively document patients’ medical journeys, starting with therapy services. The company’s first contract will include five new hospitals that are slated to open over the course of the next two to three years, across the U.S., with one opened in January 2016 as VaultMR’s first beta customer. The founder, Soumen Bhattacharya, expects VaultMR to be widely recognized in the industry by the end of 2016.
“After launching with our first hospital, we have made vast improvements based on our human-centered design principles,” said Bhattacharya. “Our users realize that we focus on the ‘human’ experience. There are other vendors around, but most clinicians are unhappy with what they have, particularly because most vendors are retrofitted for this market.”
Every year, billions of dollars are wasted on medical errors while medical errors are also the 3rd leading cause of death in the country. VaultMR has created a solution that hopes to eliminate this problem and provide ease of use for clinicians to collaborate on patient care.
