LoanLogics, a recognized leader in loan quality management and performance analytics, has announced that it was named the winner of a prestigious 2016 Enterprise award in the Technology Emerging category. Hosted by the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT) and sponsored by Fairmount Partners in partnership with KPMG, the 23rd annual Enterprise Awards stand as the region's most prestigious business honors for technology and healthcare. More than 900 business leaders and executives came out to the Pennsylvania Convention Center to honor the region’s top technology and life sciences companies, executives and entrepreneurs.

“You don’t build a company by yourself. What makes a company great is amazing people who come to work every single day and help you live the dream. And I really believe the City of Philadelphia is absolutely amazing, when it comes to technology. Silicon Valley, who has heard of them? New York City, never heard of them. The City of Philadelphia is where it’s happening,” said Brian K. Fitzpatrick, President and CEO of LoanLogics.

“I can tell you no one has lived until they have gone down to that Navy Yard and stood in front of Ben Franklin Technology Partners, the folks at Robin Hood Venture Partners and the Mid-Atlantic Venture Fund when you couldn’t afford to make payroll and they help you achieve your vision,” said Fitzpatrick. “That’s the humble roots that this company was founded upon and grew with great people and great partners.”

According to PACT, the key considerations for winning the Technology Emerging award are a product or service innovation, including proprietary technology or other advantage; company milestones including strategic decisions made by management that led to growth in revenues or earnings; strength of management team including ability to raise capital; and profitability or demonstrated ability to achieve profitability such as strategy to achieve break even and the ability to realize high gross margins.

The Enterprise Awards are considered the most prestigious in the Philadelphia region and honor investors, entrepreneurs and companies that are pace-setters in innovation, leadership and advances in technology, healthcare and related fields. Out of hundreds of companies nominated, eight other finalists and two honorees received Enterprise Awards for their innovations and success in the technology or healthcare sectors.
