EBI's Frank Cook Promoted to National Program Director of Construction Services Group
Burlington, MA (PRWEB) May 27, 2016 -- EBI Consulting is pleased to announce the promotion of Frank Cook to National Program Director of Real Estate’s Construction Services Group.
Based out of the Burlington Headquarters location, Frank joined the EBI team in 1998 working with David Stewart in completing Property Condition Surveys. During his time working with David, Frank also offered assistance in the development of EBI’s Construction Loan Monitoring Program. In February 2005, Frank took on Project Management responsibilities for the Construction Group and has been the leader of this program ever since. Frank works hard every day to make sure this group continually achieves success through proper training and excellent leadership. He will continue to manage the Construction Program under his new promotion, and he will also identify new sources of revenue for his group.

Frank obtained his B.S./B.A. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and his A.S. in Architectural Engineering Technology from the New Hampshire Technical Institute. In addition to his educational achievements, Frank has completed over 400 Property Condition Assessments, and has over 6 years of experience with Phase I ESAs.
