Fidelity National Title Agency Adds Two Experienced Commercial Escrow Officers
Tempe, Arizona (PRWEB) May 27, 2016 -- Fidelity National Title Agency, a member of the Fidelity National Financial family (NYSE:FNF), proudly welcomes its newest two employees, Kristina Gooding and Leah Martin, as Commercial Escrow Officers. Ms. Gooding and Ms. Martin join Diane F. Carpenter in the new Camelback Lakes Commercial Branch.
Kristina Gooding has personally closed transactions insured at over $2 billion during her escrow career. Her previous experience within the commercial and retail construction industry provided her with a solid foundation for understanding the specific requirements for complicated commercial transactions. She honed her professional expertise through successfully executing transactions for retail shopping centers, office condominiums, industrial, multi-family, residential and vacant land. Prior to working in title and escrow, Ms. Gooding previously managed a variety of new-build and reconstruction projects. Additionally, Ms. Gooding is proficient in non-real estate escrows related to business asset sales, mergers and acquisitions and conflict resolutions. Kristina shines when it comes to handling complicated multi-party, multi-state closings for owners, lenders, investors and developers.
A graduate of the Eller College of Management from The University of Arizona, Ms. Gooding earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and served as a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. Kristina and her husband, Jason, are parents to their daughter, Harper, who keeps them on their toes at home! Originally from the Chicagoland area, Kristina maintains her love for the Chicago Bears and is hopeful Harper will share her passion for the Bears someday, too. When not working, Ms. Gooding can be found playing softball or indulging in a spa day.
Leah Martin maintains an extensive background in the real estate industry beginning her career while in college working in the residential sector. She learned property management and transaction coordination before moving into the title side where she worked as a title examiner. Ms. Martin quickly advanced into a commercial escrow officer position and has since closed over $100 million in the last year alone. Her expertise is in the areas of vacant land, improved land, industrial, mobile home and multi-family transactions.
A native of Louisiana, this University of Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun began to call Arizona home in 2010. After achieving a Bachelor of General Studies with a business concentration, Ms. Martin relocated to Arizona to be closer to her niece and nephew whom she has the pleasure of babysitting quite often. With a passion for exploring and football (Geaux Saints!) she is looking forward to the adventures this new role will bring.
