Chadd is responsible for all product installations and support in the EMEA region and is the senior executive in nQueue’s London office.
Mr Chadd’s role includes consulting with clients to ensure all projects are installed and supported in both the EMEA region and on a global basis. He has direct input on the shaping of future products and new versions of current products to meet client needs. Chadd is also the liaison between nQueue’s clients in EMEA and its senior management and development teams in the United States.

Chadd has more than 10 years of experience in the information technology field, with an extensive background in technologies and business processes including change management, project management and agile processes. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Leeds.
