Dr. Ayd brings over 30 years of pharmaceutical and biotechnology experience in specialty, branded, legacy and generic drug, pipeline delivery for global markets. “Her extensive background in API procurement, analytical/ formulation development, technology transfer, quality/compliance, regulatory affairs and clinical development will be a welcome resource to RCA’s clients,” according to Brian Matye, RCA Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining RCA, Dr. Ayd held senior leadership positions in life science companies, including roles as CEO and Chief Scientific Officer. Her work experience spans small startup/spin out to mid-size to Multinational Fortune 100 including industry leaders: Fresenius Kabi USA, Pinnacle Biologics, Hospira, Apotex, Clintec Nutrition and Baxter.
Accomplished in both general management and science, she has a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics as well as an MBA. “Dr. Ayd’s passion for science and innate understanding of business needs benefit RCA’s life science clients in bringing new life-sustaining medicines to the marketplace,” says Matye.
