Two Lawyers Join Indiana Civil Litigation Law Firm McNeely Stephenson
New Albany, IN (PRWEB) June 02, 2016 -- Well-known Kentuckiana civil litigation law firm McNeely Stephenson is pleased to have two accomplished attorneys join its ranks. Newly-hired attorneys Gary Banet and Jason Lopp bring years of practical legal experience with them and are exceptional additions to the New Albany-based legal team.
“We are delighted to have Jason and Gary on board,” remarked Managing Partner Larry Church. “Their professional achievements and proven abilities match well with the rest of our talented team. Specifically, Gary’s focus on estate law and Jason’s background with financial institutions is a great resource for clients. Gary’s understanding of will contests, trust structure, the planning needs of older people, and more is an excellent benefit for us. Jason’s proficiency with real estate transactions as well as business and banking related matters makes him the perfect candidate as we seek to strengthen our practice as a corporate firm. His representation of many types and sizes of financial institutions, major corporations, family businesses, and entrepreneurships just reinforces his broad range of skills. And, as is true of every attorney at McNeely Stephenson, both of these knowledgeable gentlemen are licensed to practice law in Indiana as well as in Kentucky, which we feel is a necessity in our area.”
