Executive Suites and Pre-Built Suites – both offering private office space inside Midtown’s historic Hippodrome – are relaunching as ReadySet!, a unique workspace in one of Manhattan’s finest and best-located office buildings. In its new incarnation, ReadySet! features a host of enhanced services and amenities, while still offering scalable office space and flexible leasing terms to its business clients.

The ReadySet! launch includes improvements in customer service and IT infrastructure. In addition to an expanded support staff, ReadySet! offices come with an upgraded Internet (over 1GB) and phone system designed for maximum speed, accessibility and reliability. These upgrades have improved network redundancy, extended Wi-Fi connectivity to all floors and strengthened telephone connections.

The offices, which range from single-occupant workspaces to 5,000 square-foot suites, feature an open plan that fosters networking and camaraderie. State-of-the art conference rooms are available for meetings, seminars or training sessions of up to 45 people. The Hippodrome also features on-site parking, event space and dry-cleaning services, making it a full-service work environment for the tenants who work there.

ReadySet! clients can enjoy daily lunch offerings through Fooda – the pop-up that brings a different restaurant to one’s office every day – as well as networking events and special discounts at local partner businesses, including Equinox, the Royalton Hotel, Zipcar, Manhattan Mini Storage and Edison ParkFast. About the Hippodrome
Built in 1905, the Hippodrome building, at 1120 Avenue of the Americas, between 43rd and 44th Streets in Manhattan, was acquired by the family-owned Edison Properties in 1978. Since then, Edison has managed the 21-story building’s 500,000-square feet of office space. Fully modernized and renovated in 2006 and again in 2014, the Hippodrome now includes a glass curtain wall, a two-story lobby finished in marble and limestone and some of the smartest technology available.
