Triggiano brings to Theorem more than two decades of proven success in all aspects of global-client, service-delivery, and operations leadership. Reporting to Theorem’s CEO Jay Kulkarni, Triggiano will facilitate all aspects of strategic planning and development initiatives that advance Theorem as a high-performance client service organization.

Previously, Triggiano spent 20 years at IMS Health, a leading healthcare information and technology services provider, where he nurtured key client relationships and developed highly effective strategies. As IMS Vice President of Global Delivery, he drove client satisfaction, ensured process efficiency and quality execution, and fostered a culture of continuous, client centric improvements.

Triggiano holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MBA from Rutgers University and executive education programs from Wharton and George Washington University.
