As a result of the recent violence against women in the DMV area, our team of women personal safety experts are coming together, from around the world, to help empower and teach women how to effectively protect themselves.

If it is to be, it's up to me.

Master Samuel Scott-founder of Full Circle Martial Art Academy and Co-founder of The Women's Personal Safety Network is fed up with women being brutally raped and killed! As a result of the recent rash of violent attacks against women in the DMV area, he, along with his international team of personal safety experts, will be hosting a "Fight Back" seminar at the Metro Points Hotel, 8500 Annapolis Road, New Carrollton, MD 20784. http://www.fcmartialarts.com

Participants will learn from a team of women personal safety experts that have, over the last 18+ years, trained thousands of women in the DMV area. Master Samuel Scott, also a former correctional officer for the Prince Georges Dept of Corrections, has worked face-to-face with these vicious predators and knows what they look for in their victims. He, along with his two top female instructors, Johanna Williams and Valencia Robinson, will teach:

  • what the predator looks for in his victim/how to avoid fitting the victim profile
  • awareness and avoidance skills
  • what to do if approached by a would-be attacker
  • stun & escape techniques
  • how to use a highly-effective, keychain weapon

and more. Visit us at: http://www.thewpsn.com

We have instructors from Norway, Italy, Panama, and others from around the country who will be sharing their expertise with the participants.

Our aim is to start an international movement to help bring an end to violence against women.

A portion of the donation will go to Safe Harbor in Prince Fredrick, Md to help support battered women in the DMV area.
