dentalsave’s revised fee schedules are based on competitive nationwide rates for dental procedures making our fees specific to our members’ zipcodes. Participating or interested dental providers can call 800-300-9410 or email providers(at)dentalsave(dot)com to request a revised fee schedule.

Existing members can participate in dentalsave’s rewards program. For each referral, you will earn 100 points, which is redeemable for cash, gift cards or towards renewal fees.
