Cabinet Document Management Solutions (Cabinet), a leading provider of content management and workflow solutions, is pleased to announce the release of its new Salesforce integration app.

The Cabinet Salesforce app facilitates a real-time sync between users’ Cabinet SAFE CLOUD document repositories and Account and Contact records within the world’s No. 1 customer relationship management (CRM) and sales enablement solution. That means critical client and prospect documents – contracts, amendments, letters of agreement and key correspondence – are available to salespeople and account managers in the system where they spend most of their time.

Because documents are located within the SAFE database rather than duplicated between multiple systems, Cabinet’s industry-leading security, workflow, retention and role-based permission capabilities remain in place. Documents can be checked out or checked in from directly within Salesforce, and document and folder metadata can be modified from the CRM system.
