The 2016 Upgrade is comprehensive and makes the user experience for both eFileCabinet users and their guests easy and flexible. It is now compatible with any HTML5 browser, is supported by MAC, and has a streamlined design similar to the new look and feel of other eFileCabinet 2016 products. Other upgrades include:
- All files, drawers, and cabinets as established in user’s eFileCabinet account will automatically be available in SecureDrawer.
- Notifications, including file download, upload, and deletion, and can be determined by user.
- Password protection gives user increased level of control and can be established according to file, account, and/or user.
- Guest user has account automatically created within the system with read/write permissions.
- Greatly increased share options, including cabinet level sharing and immediate view of all shared items.
This version retains the 256-bit encryption and security features that maintain confidentiality and compliance requirements as set by HIPAA, the SEC, and other regulatory entities.
