Agreement Creates Installation, Operations and Service Synergies for Customers

The agreement merges Adcomm’s nationwide installation and operational capabilities with MediaWorks’ sales expertise to grow Adcomm’s foothold in the DIRECTV™ hospitality and healthcare markets.

Adcomm, one of the nation’s largest installation and customer support companies in the satellite entertainment industry, today announced its acquisition of MediaWorks, one of the fastest growing integrators of DIRECTV™ within the hospitality and healthcare industries.

The agreement merges Adcomm’s nationwide installation and operational capabilities with MediaWorks’ sales expertise to grow Adcomm’s foothold in the DIRECTV™ hospitality and healthcare markets.

MediaWorks provides DIRECTV™ Residential Experience Free-to-Guest (FTG) television services to hundreds of nationwide franchise owners with properties including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, Intercontinental Hotel Groups, Choice Hotels International and more.

MediaWorks is also a nationally authorized Samsung re-seller and integrator of Hospitality SMART TV interactive solutions for hotels. “As a platinum level partner, we will be able to provide factory direct pricing as well as integration bundled services, which allows us to offer a single end-to-end service for all TV and broadband needs for our clients,” added Davis.
