Handy Seafood Incorporated announced today that Jim Clark, a 32-year seasoned foodservice industry leader has joined the family owned-company as Vice President of Foodservice.

Todd Conway, Handy’s President stated, “We are thrilled to have Jim Clark join our team. Jim’s vast experience working with foodservice distributors and operators brings an unmatchable resource to our company. His skills in sales strategy, customer relationship, category management, and product launches greatly enhance our current leadership profile.”

Jim has spent most of his foodservice sales career with Sara Lee and Heinz USA. He has an MBA from Quinnipiac University and a B.S. in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. He resides in Georgia with his wife Kelly and two children, Nick (17) and Jilly (14).

“I look forward to joining the Handy leadership team and utilizing my breadth of foodservice sales experience to the quality seafood category leader. Handy Seafood is poised to offer foodservice operators crab, oysters, grouper solutions and other product innovations,” stated Jim Clark.
