The Reputation Management solution scans the web for online consumer reviews and brand mentions, alerts marketers of potentially negative reviews and provides the ability to respond to reviewers commenting on various directory and social media sites directly from the platform. The tool also includes a survey management system that solicits reviews from existing patients and encourages them to share their positive experiences on external sites such as Facebook, Yelp, Google and Foursquare.

The Online Provider Ratings solution leverages an organization’s HCAHPS patient experience survey data to publish star ratings and patient comments within the physician directory of their website, providing prospective patients with the experiential data they value highly when selecting a doctor. Including this information in the provider bio on the organization’s website further improves their rankings with Google and other search engines, helping them better compete against off-domain competitors like Healthgrades and Vitals for clicks and conversions.
