BOSTON (PRWEB) June 08, 2016 -- Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added prominent real estate attorney Edward S. Hershfield as a shareholder in the firm’s Boston office. With over 25 years of experience, Hershfield represents clients in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, restructurings, zoning and land use matters, development and permitting processes, architectural and construction contracts, workouts, and dispositions. He also works with clients developing multifamily sale and rental projects, downtown and suburban biotech projects, and commercial office campuses and towers. His experience in these matters covers the entire scope of the project, from acquisition, to permitting, design, construction, financing, and leasing or sale.
Terence P. McCourt, managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office, said, “Ed is held in high regard by his clients and has a reputation for advising on complicated, high-stakes real estate deals. His deep and diverse experience complements our strong and growing Real Estate Group in Boston. We welcome him to the firm.”
