Intellum Announces Former Telecom Client Contact Will Head Client Services
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) June 09, 2016 -- Intellum, a technology company that builds employee learning, collaboration and performance tracking tools for the modern workplace, announced today that Tad Kozak has joined the team as Director of Client Services.
Kozak has spent the last twelve years in a wide variety of learning and development roles inside AT&T and its subsidiary Cricket Wireless. During this time, Kozak managed Cricket’s relationship with Intellum and was responsible for the successful implementation of Intellum’s Exceed Learning Management System, as well as Cricket’s innovative utilization of Intellum’s private group collaboration tool Tribe Social.
In his new role at Intellum, Kozak will have responsibility for the overall client experience. He will manage key client-partner relationships, monitor and continuously improve new implementation and support processes, and serve as the main client advocate on the Intellum leadership team. As a learning professional and experienced user of Intellum tools, Kozak will also act as a valuable client resource for strategic insight and best practices.

Prior to joining Intellum, Kozak oversaw the Rich Media Training initiative at Cricket Wireless. Kozak also served as the Training Strategy Manager at Cricket, driving new hire and continuing education training for retail sales. Before moving to Cricket Wireless, Kozak directed Apple product training initiatives as Manager, Sales Operations for AT&T Mobility. He also Associate Director of Learning Services at AT&T Mobility, where he was responsible for the curricula impacting front line, company-owned retail sales employees. Kozak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Georgia.
