Mainstream Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Clint Mercer as IT service engineer. Clint will be trouble-shooting IT issues for clients such as down servers and slow functioning IT systems, as well as overseeing client environments and making recommendations for enhancements.

Mainstream Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Clint Mercer as IT service engineer. Clint will be trouble-shooting IT issues for clients such as down servers and slow functioning IT systems, as well as overseeing client environments and making recommendations for enhancements.

He has 14 years’ experience including 9 ½ years with Stephens, Inc. where he began at Levels 1 and 2 Help Desk, and evolved to become Lead Virtualization Engineer. He was an administrator of the SAN environment and the Server environment including Physical and Virtual servers.

He has a high school diploma plus 2 years of college course work from UALR. He and his wife live in Maumelle with their son and two daughters.
